Your data
Privacy
policy
What this site records, what it does not record, who has access to it and how to take back control. Written to be read, not to be endured.
The essentials, in three sentences
This site has no form, no customer area and no account creation: you send us nothing by browsing it.
It does, however, use measurement and advertising tools that place cookies or pass your IP address to third parties, and every one of them is listed below, without exception. No tracker loads until you have accepted, and the site works exactly the same if you decline. There is one deliberate exception: the Google map, which loads with the page because it is there to help you find us.
Booking is handled by Planity and treatments are paid for at the salon: no payment and no bank details pass through jolisnails.com.

Legal bases and retention
Audience measurement and advertising rely on your consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act). Technical performance measurement, strictly necessary for the site to work properly, relies on our legitimate interest in keeping it in working order.
Retention periods are those set by each provider in its own policy, reachable through the links above. Messages you send us by email or by telephone are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for the period needed to manage the client relationship.
Some of these providers are established in the United States; transfers then take place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to it after your death.
To exercise them, write to contact@jolisnails.com or send a letter to 12 rue Victor Leydet, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France. We reply within one month.
You can change your mind at any time: . If you do nothing, the question is put to you again after six months.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not build advertising profiles on behalf of third parties. We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR through this site.
